A security wall switch is used outside a home to allow secure access to the door functions. The security wall switch requires a 4 digit pin number to be entered before enabling the door functions Open, Close, Stop or Reset. Care must be taken when changing the wall switch pin number as once it is set it cannot be reset without knowing the original pin number.
Please download the document below and follow the procedure tochange your pin number. If you do not know the original pin, and the factory default pin does not work, the wall switch will need to be repaired.
